The Firm has broad and varied experience in the areas of commercial and residential real estate acquisitions, financings, development, management, and sales. Our commercial real estate work includes counseling clients on either side of a transaction concerning purchase and sale, investment structures, management and operations, financings and refinancings, syndications, and regulatory compliance. We also regularly assist clients in the conversion of multifamily housing to condominiums as well as establishing new common interest ownership communities.
Our residential real estate law practice consists of representation of buyers, sellers, lenders, and brokers in connection with the wide variety of issues which arise in these transactions, often misperceived as "simple". We negotiate and counsel on contracts to buy and sell real estate, review and negotiate title insurance commitments and surveys, and prepare all documents related to residential real estate closings.
